Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders ship once payment has been received. Our tees ship within 2–5 working days. Other items can take 7–14 working days, as many are made for your order. Every order ships with a tracking number, which you get by email as soon as it is on its way.
Shipping costs
The cost depends on the destination and the total weight of your order: orders up to 50 g (e.g. small stickers) ship as a registered letter, everything else as a parcel. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

- Germany: letter €6 · parcel €12 · free shipping from €100
- Rest of Europe*: letter €7 · parcel €16 · free shipping from €100
- Russia: letter €7 · parcel €17 · free shipping from €200
- Rest of the world: letter €7 · parcel €29 · free shipping from €200
* All other EU countries plus the UK, Switzerland, Norway and the other European countries we ship to.
Customs
Orders to countries outside the EU may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are usually paid by the recipient.
Delivery problems
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it was not picked up, we will get in touch with you. If a parcel gets lost or arrives damaged, write to info@faithless.at and we will sort it out.
